Be part of UTRGV's online performance of excerpts from Bach's St. John Passion

The UTRGV Master Chorale, led by Dr. Sean Taylor and Dr. Molly Getsinger will present excerpts from Bach's St. John Passion. The online performance will feature special guests from the UTRGV School of Music Faculty and members of Alium Spiritum.

Step 1: Put on a black or white solid colored blouse / dress shirt. Find a room with good lighting so your face is clearly visible.
Open the camera app on Device #1 (your phone), and make yourself visible from your elbows to the top of your head.

Step 2: On Device #2 (a computer, tablet, or second phone), plug in your headphones, then play the video below that matches your preferred voice part. Once you've practiced the diction and are ready to record, Begin recording your video on Device #1. Sing along, doing your best to match entrances, releases, diction, and dynamics. Remember to use headphones so that we don't hear the guide track playing in your final video.
